After your interviews, we review everything from the application to the interviews. If we conclude you’re the best candidate for the role, your recruiter will reach out and make an offer.
What’s a phone screen interview?
Your initial phone screen interview is a thirty-minute phone call with the recruiter. During the call, the objective is to understand if you align with Stalis values and if we align with yours.
What kind of questions am I going to be asked at my interview?
You will be asked a range of questions, including questions to gauge your technical skills and ability for the role. These questions are designed to evaluate your skills, tools, and knowledge required for the specific position.
When will I know if a hiring decision has been made?

Virtual Interview Guide
- Lighting & Audio: Audio and great lighting are important for your virtual interview. To help with this, set your device in front of a window and turn off any background lights. To capture great audio, set yourself up indoors, in a quiet space, where you’ll have privacy.
- Attire: It is recommended that you dress as you would for an in-person interview. Solid colors, simple patterns, and business casual is typically the standard.
