While Stalis’s tools and approach are completely vendor agnostic, we have specialised in Epic and Oracle Health EPR deployments: 

Epic

Our unique experience and proven track record delivering Epic programmes, for both the data migration and integration workstreams, has many benefits for our customers. We have supported the national encompass implementation of Epic in the North of Ireland for the last 3 years. We have gained valuable insights into the Epic implementation approach, developed fantastic working relationships with the Epic delivery team and have a strong team of Epic Bridges certified engineers, all of whom have several years of experience working with health care providers. Our delivery team also includes HL7 engineers and InterSystems certified engineers to support the needs of an Epic EPR Deployment.

Epic Specific Toolkit Enhancements

Through the successful delivery of multiple Epic programmes, Stalis has enhanced our out-of-the-box DM toolkit to support and accelerate the migration workstream. These enhancements include:

  • Patient Matching and Aggregated MPI process to align disparate patient records based on agreed matching criteria.
  • Ability to import conversion tables stored within Epic, holding source to target, coded concept data mappings, providing efficiencies between the data and build teams.
  • Flat file output process to quickly and accurately pivot data as required to meet the flat file load formats required by Epic.
  • Standard HL7 interface production to support the loading of data into Epic where data is presented as HL7 transactions.

Oracle Health

Oracle Health

We have established strong working relationships with Oracle Health teams in both Ireland and the UK. Their confidence in us is demonstrated by our work on various EPR and LIMS programmes as a sub-contractor to Oracle Health.

Our Data Quality tools are meticulously configured to identify and address data quality issues that could impact, not only data loading into Oracle Health solutions, but also EHR workflows.
Several of our programmes have required the merging of multiple Master Patient Indexes (MPIs) and we have developed a clinically safe approach to this process. Our team of Data Migration Specialists brings extensive experience in Oracle Health EHR programmes and possesses in-depth knowledge of the datasets that can be migrated.

Oracle Fusion

Stalis has completed many migrations to Oracle Fusion and other ERPs, including a large, complex programme to take multiple, separate instances of Oracle EBS and Workday into a single Oracle Fusion platform.
