Healthcare Data Migration Specialist

This is a client facing role to join our specialist team delivering healthcare data migrations and related data solutions. You will have significant experience of one or more of the following systems: Cerner Millennium, Epic, Silverlink PCS, Dedalus Clinicom, System C Medway and be fully conversant with the NHS Data Model. You will need to be able to work with clients and technical teams to guide and influence complex data migration projects and have a technical background to understand and implement projects using SQL.

Healthcare Data Implementation Consultant

This is a client facing role to join our specialist team delivering our healthcare data migration and archiving solutions. You will need to be able to communicate with clients and technical consultants to guide and influence complex data projects and have a technical background to implement projects using SQL server and T-SQL. An understanding and experience of healthcare data management is an advantage.

Healthcare Data Technical Consultant

This is a client facing role to join our specialist team delivering our healthcare data migration and archiving solutions. You will be the lead technical resource for complex data projects and will need to be able to communicate with both clients and technical teams to guide and influence the project. You will have a technical background with SQL development and SQL server experience including T-SQL, and healthcare data management experience.

Project Manager

Working with the Client, Data Migration Specialist, Implementation and Technical Consultants, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the data migration element of large EPR implementation projects and other projects, including multiple system archiving projects, are delivered on schedule and to budget. The project manager will work on multiple projects and is a key client facing role for the company. You will be an experienced project manager who is highly organised and target focussed with the ability to manage sometimes conflicting demands. An understanding of the health and care sector and a technical background are an advantage.

Healthcare Data Analyst

Working within the Solutions department this pivotal role analyses healthcare systems and defines the data structures for our healthcare data migration and archiving products. You will be an expert in healthcare data with a technical background in SQL development and SQL server, including T-SQL, and will have technical experience of one or more of the following systems: Cerner Millennium, Epic, Silverlink PCS, Dedalus Clinicom, System C Medway. You will be fully conversant with the NHS Data Model and Statutory Reporting within the NHS and be able to communicate complex data issues to developers and technical consultants.

Developer

Working within the Solutions department our developers work closely with our team of analysts and testers to create our products based on specifications provided by the product team and using our in-house tools where appropriate. Most of our developers are expert in SQL development and SQL server including T-SQL but we also have opportunities for REACT developers.

Tester

Working within the Solutions department our testers work closely with our team of analysts and developers to ensure our products are fully tested before implementation at client site.

Non-taxable benefits*

Long term financial security

After three months everyone who works at Stalis is auto-enrolled into the company pension scheme. Stalis contributes 5% of basic pay in addition to your normal salary. There is no obligation for you to pay into the scheme to receive this benefit but the government requires a minimum pension contribution of 8%.

Salary sacrifice is available if you wish to take advantage of tax and national insurance saving opportunities and Stalis incentivise you to take advantage of this.

Peace of mind

Stalis offers security if you need to take time off for long term illness. We will pay up to 75% of your basic salary should you be off for more than 13 weeks and your circumstances are approved by our insurers.

Your partner and dependents will also be looked after. Our death in service scheme offers three times your basic pay should the worst happen.

Maternity and paternity pay

We offer enhanced maternity and paternity packages for employees who have been with the company for three years or more.

*Where not otherwise specified all benefits are available after six months employment or on passing probation, whichever is later.
